How We Verify Every Product

Counterfeits are a real problem in Indian sportswear. We built Aestus Supply specifically to solve it. Here is exactly how we ensure that what you buy from us is 100% authentic.

Phase 1 — Source Verification

Every product we carry is sourced exclusively through verified international channels with documented supply chain traceability. We do not purchase from grey market distributors or unverified resellers. If we cannot confirm the source, we do not list the product.

Phase 2 — Physical Authentication

Before any product is listed for sale, our authentication team performs a detailed inspection covering:

  • Materials and fabric quality against brand specifications
  • Stitching patterns, logo placement, and print accuracy
  • Packaging integrity — original boxes, tags, and tissue paper
  • Serial numbers and product codes cross-referenced against brand databases
  • Sole unit inspection for footwear (CloudTec pod count, sole markings, heel stamps)

Phase 3 — Secure Fulfilment

Once authenticated, products are stored securely and dispatched in original sealed packaging. We do not repackage, relabel, or modify any item. What the brand ships, you receive.

Our Guarantee

If any product you receive from Aestus Supply fails an authenticity test by a recognised third-party authenticator, we will refund you in full — no return required.

We have maintained this guarantee since 2020. We have never had a verified counterfeit claim.

How to Check Your Product

On Running shoes: Check the CloudTec sole pod count (model-specific), the tongue label serial, and the box QR code which should scan to On Running's official product page.

Gymshark apparel: Check the woven label inside the collar — authentic pieces have tight, even stitching with no loose threads. The Gymshark shark logo should be embossed, not printed flat.
