RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Nev Enterprises ("we" and "us") operates Aestus Supply at aestussupply.com. By completing a purchase through this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Returns are considered only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect relative to what was ordered.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been worn, used, or shows any signs of handling beyond initial inspection
  • Original packaging — box, tags, labels, seals, inserts — is missing or damaged
  • The request is raised more than 7 working days after confirmed delivery
  • The correct size was ordered and delivered (please use size guidance before ordering)
  • Nutrition, supplement, or self-care products NO REFUNDS

To raise a return request: Email support@aestussupply.com within 7 working days. Include your order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. We respond within 24–48 hours.

If approved:

  • Return the product in the condition it was received, with all original packaging intact
  • Processing time after we receive the item: 5–7 working days

Incorrect item due to our error: We will replace it subject to availability. If unavailable, a full refund is issued to your original payment method or store credit valid for 12 months — your choice.

Refunds reflect within 3–7 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
