- All orders placed on Aestus Supply are dispatched from Pune, Maharashtra.
- We ship PAN India. Shipping is available for all products across the country.
- Each item is carefully sourced and handled to ensure quality and authenticity. Domestic orders are typically dispatched within 4–8 days, while rare or internationally sourced pieces may take up to 20 days due to verification and transit time.
- Orders are subject to stock availability. We make every effort to keep listings accurate. However, if a purchased item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you immediately, cancel the order, and refund the full amount to your original payment source.
- Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address along with a valid phone number and email address when placing your order. Nev Enterprises cannot be held liable for parcels lost or delayed due to errors in the address or contact details provided by the customer.
- If you need to modify your delivery details after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@aestussupply.com or WhatsApp +91 96655 88119. Changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.
- An order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address upon successful placement of your order.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment in real time via the shipping provider's updates.
